I have been looking at totes for a few months and looking for a new tote to replace my favorite that wore out 6 months ago, but haven’t found the right one until now. My husband said I could have one for Christmas so I went to their website, but didn’t see the one I had wanted. There was a ‘Contact Us’ which allows you to text the company. I texted back and forth with the owner and later had a FaceTime call so she could show me what she had on hand and what was possible with the many hides she had. I have never experienced such personal attention or great customer service. Thank you Wolf Leathers!
